I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, the room was on the sixth floor with a sea view and filled with many facilities. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had a great view of the sea. The service exceeded my expectations and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The location was perfect, steps away from the beach and in a vibrant area of Istanbul. The dining experience was excellent with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The facilities were top-notch, including a spa and massage services.
The hotel is impeccably located steps from the coast and near a shopping mall. The rooms are incredibly clean and offer stunning sea views, although some may find the dining options lacking in variety. The service provided, especially by Mr Serhat and his colleagues, is accommodating and kind.
The hotel is going through some improvements, offering a mix of positive and negative experiences. The rooms I was assigned to were not properly aired, with a distinct smell lingering. On the bright side, the music from the bar added a lively touch for guests on lower floors.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was ideal, close to the beach and restaurants, but the room had some issues like cigarette smoke and a partially destroyed ceiling. The service was friendly though sometimes a bit challenging due to limited English proficiency. The breakfast buffet was subpar, however, there were homemade products which were enjoyable. Overall, the hotel had some good points but also some areas that need improvement.
I was delighted with my stay at this hotel. The sixth-floor room I had provided a breathtaking sea view and was incredibly spacious. The service was impeccable; Mr Serod was exceptionally polite and even sent me a personalized thank you card with fresh fruits. The location was superb, near various attractions and with excellent service. The dining experience, especially breakfast over the sea with a balcony, was exceptional. However, some areas might need updating, and pricing could be more competitive.
